Yes! SilverHeaven.com can ship the item directly to the gift recipient. When checking out, please make sure you check the box labeled “This will be shipped to a different address“, found at the bottom of the page where you enter all of the billing information. On a following screen, you will be prompted to enter all of the shipping information. You can also include a note to the gift recipient, and have the item gift wrapped as well for a small fee.
How exact are the weights of items listed on your site?
As silver items are made by hand, there may be differences in the gram weight for each individual item. The weights are listed as an approximate guide – they can vary by about 10%. SilverHeaven.com does not guarantee that the item you receive will be the same weight as listed on the site.
I received my order, and I see that the item is stamped “Stainless Steel” on the underside. Are the items sterling silver or stainless steel?
The items are sterling silver, however, there are some Hazorfim items that the manufacturer adds a stainless steel disc on the bottom in order to give the item more weight and stability. That disc is stainless steel – not sterling silver, and it is can be unscrewed and removed using a wrench or pliers. The stamp “Stainless Steel” is on the removable disc – not on the actual item which is sterling silver. The weight listed on our site (see previous question) is for the silver content of the item – it does not include the weight of the stainless steel disc – that is added at no charge.
Can I order offline?
Yes. Place an order, selecting “I will send payment in mail” No credit card information is required.
You may then mail us a certified check, money order, personal check or business check. Please make payable to Silverheaven.com and send to the address given during the checkout process.

I need to upgrade shipping, is that possible?
Yes, it usually is. Email Customer Support with your order number or your zip code and a list of the items of interest and we will respond with exact shipping quotes for quicker delivery.
I need printed pictures of the items to show someone else. Can you help me?
At the moment we don’t yet have a printed catalog, but if you need pictures of specific items, please contact us and we’ll have them sent to you.
What is the procedure for an international order?
Just place the order. We will get back to you the same or next business day with an exact shipping cost. You will then have the option of accepting or voiding the order. We will require a faxed copy of the credit card used for any order being shipped outside the United States.
Do you offer engraving on your silver items?
Yes, we do offer engraving on all of our items. Engraving can be done in Hebrew, English or a combination of the two. The engraving is done by a professional engraver, and the cost is as follows:
Up to 10 letters – $20.00
Each additional letter (beyond the first ten) – $0.75

How much time does engraving take?
Generally, engraving takes about a week. However, if you are pressed for time and need the engraving sooner, we may be able to rush the engraving. At times this incurs an additional fee – please contact customer support for more details.
Are there extra shipping surcharges (aside from the regular shipping charges mentioned at time of ordering) for large or heavy items, such as Wine Fountains or Seder Plates?
Unless mentioned in the item description, there are no extra shipping surcharges.
I am interested in buying in bulk. Do you offer deeper discounts if I buy in bulk?
It depends- at times we may. Request a customer service call and an account rep will get back to you.
How can I request print catalog?
